You will learn:

- Flat Tires: Don’t get caught miles from home with a flat tire! Learn how to change and fix it.
- Lubrication Techniques: Learn how to correctly lubricate your chain and derailleurs for peak performance.
- Survival Kit: We will show you the basic items you need to carry at all times to ensure your safety and keep you rolling.
- How to adjust your brakes.
- How to properly adjust your gears.
- How to perform minor wheel truing on your bike.
- How to protect major biker parts.
- How to clean your drive train (chain).
- How to lube all pivot points and pedals.
- How to properly clean your bike.
