FREE Spin Classes every Monday at BP Coppell!

Join us each Monday night for spin, led by spin instructor Amy Rasmussen! Build your fitness on the comfort of your own bike. Bring your own bike and trainer, or rent a trainer from us for $5 a session. Setup starts at 6:30PM, and spin begins at 7. ALL experience levels welcome -- class is easily adjustable to your needs and fitness level. Come join us!

WEEKNIGHT GROUP RIDES RETURN MARCH 10!

Our weeknight group rides start up again the week following the daylight savings time change on March 9. Come join us for fun, fitness, new friends, and safety in numbers! All rides are cancelled if raining -- schedule varies by store as follows:

NOTE: Front & rear lights are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED, especially earlier in the spring when dusk comes early!

Park Cities: Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30PM. 18 mile no-drop ride around White Rock lake, departing from the Park Cities shop. 214-363-2025

Trek - Fisher - Lemond Demo Weekend: April 5&6!

Trek's Ride the Best Tour is returning to Dallas! Join us and the folks from the Trek family for two awesome days worth of riding your choice of the latest new bikes from Trek, Gary Fisher, and Lemond, including the all new 2008 Trek Madone road bikes and Fuel EX mountain bikes, as well as Fisher HiFi and 29er mountain bikes, and Lemond Triomphe Carbon road bikes! Dates & locations are:

Saturday April 5, 10AM to 4PM @ Boulder Park
Sunday April 6, 10AM to 4PM @ Murrell Park / Little Pete's
